Temitope Onamade is a proactive and result-driven professional with over 15 years’ experience across Human Capital Management, Supply Chain Management, Marketing Communications, Strategic Planning, and Service Quality Management.

Before joining Centrum Finance, she served as Head, Corporate Management at ASO Savings & Loans Plc, where she oversaw Corporate Management, Customer Contact Desk, Supply Chain Management, and Service Quality functions.

She has strong expertise in Performance Management, Service Delivery, Change Management, Project Management, Team Building, Leadership, Training and Mentoring, and Vendor Management, with a consistent record of driving operational efficiency and service excellence.

Temitope holds a bachelor’s degree in international relations and an MBA in Human Resources. She has attended executive and professional development programmes at Lagos Business School, International Business Management Institute, Chicago Institute of Business, and Rebecca Charles International.

She is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (MCIPM), a Member of the Chartered Institute of Public Diplomacy and Management (CIPDM), a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Human Resources Management of Nigeria (FCIHRM), and a Chartered Global HR Analyst.
