(Hereinafter referred to as “the beneficiary”) and all charges, interests and other debt obligations that may be connected with the said principal sum if beneficiary fails to make good repayments as and when due as stated in the attached offer letter. Payment shall be made without objection or legal proceedings of any kind, upon receipt of your first written claim, sent by e-mail or by courier, stating that the beneficiary has not fulfilled one of his contractual obligations. I shall not delay the payment, nor shall oppose it for any reason
whatsoever. This guarantee shall come into effect once called upon by Centrum Finance Company Limited. As mark of good faith, we have attached post-dated cheques for the use of Centrum Finance Company Limited as indicated in the schedule behind.

As part of the condition of this guarantee, Centrum Finance Company Limited is free to present or draw upon the attached Cheques without notice to me.
Centrum Finance Company Limited is free to submit my details to the Credit Bureau as demanded by the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) if I fail to make good this guarantee.
