Omozefe is a versatile professional with over two decades of experience in organizational development, change management, commercial and mortgage banking. She has a strong track record of driving strategic business growth and fostering enduring relationships with reputable institutions. From customer service to head of marketing at Zenith Bank Plc, Omozefe has proven herself as a versatile leader capable of delivering results across different functional areas.

Her tenure as Branch Manager at Aso Savings & loans Plc saw her spearheading the initiation of a N2 billion housing building project in collaboration with the Nigerian Immigration Service, as well as steering a successful marketing campaign that generated N3.9 billion in revenue from the sale of 200 housing units. Furthermore, her involvement with Williams Lloyds Co. resulted in the successful raising of $85 million from foreign investors to fund the Cross River government’s dredging project, showcasing her adeptness in securing substantial financial backing for large-scale initiatives. Her role as a regional director at 20 Hotel led to impressive achievements, including a 40% revenue growth within 3 months, increasing the occupancy rate from 70% to 93%, and restructuring 20 hotel in Kaduna State.

Omozefe has an impressive academic background, holding a BSc in Applied Mathematics from the University of Benin, an MBA from Nexford University, and being an alumnus of Lagos Business School. Her academic qualifications have undoubtedly enriched her expertise and effectiveness in navigating the dynamic corporate landscape.
