Bosede Bamidele Olagoke is a seasoned risk management professional with over 16 years of experience in Nigeria’s financial services sector, covering mortgage and microfinance banking. She brings deep expertise in enterprise risk management, credit risk, compliance, internal control, and financial governance.

She currently serves as the Acting Head of Risk Management at Centrum Finance Company Limited, where she oversees risk identification, strategic mitigation, and regulatory compliance. Prior to this, she was Head of Risk Management at Platinum Mortgage Bank, and has also held key roles at HASAL Microfinance Bank in internal control and compliance

Bosede has led cross-functional teams on IFRS-aligned policy implementation, regulatory audits (CBN, NDIC), and fraud control initiatives. She is an Associate Member of ICAN, CITN, CIPFA, and CIBN.

She holds a B.Sc. in Accounting (University of Ilorin), an MBA in Financial Management (LAUTECH), and an M.Sc. in Public Sector Management. She is currently pursuing a PhD in Accounting at Nasarawa State University
